Development Days: Level Up Your Game
Development Days is a new baseball training initiative designed to help kids across our league sharpen their skills and grow their love for the game. The more confident and capable a player becomes, the more fun they have on the field and the stronger our league becomes as a whole.
With over 500 players in our league in 2025, many already benefit from offseason training through the Thunder Part-Time Travel Program. For those who don’t train in the winter, Development Days provides another opportunity to get high-quality coaching right here in our community. Coaches are welcome to attend as well.
Meet Coach Tom Flisk
We’re thrilled to have Coach Tom Flisk leading Development Days this year. Tom brings energy, knowledge, and a true passion for helping young athletes improve.
- Coach with our Thunder travel program during the winter
- Played collegiate baseball
- Veteran instructor at our Fall Training Camps
- Assistant Coach at Trinity Christian College
- Known for launching absolute bombs 💣 and building strong connections with kids

Who: Non Thunder players registered in our in-house league.
How: Just show up to the field at the designated time.
